Scheduling:
BareWAXX is a by-appointment waxing salon. You may call, email or schedule an appointment online, however, scheduling your appointment online may be the quickest way to schedule an appointment, as it could be several hours before we can respond as we are unable to answer while we are with our clients.

Payment:
We accept cash, debit , Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment. Please note checks are not accepted.


Cell Phone/Camera Policy:
Cell phone use is permitted in the treatment rooms, but for privacy/legal reasons any kind of picture or video recording is not permitted inside BareWAXX property.


Guests/Children in treatment rooms:
It is our policy to permit only the person receiving the wax treatment in the treatment room. This allows us to give the safest and most professional wax service without distractions. We have a relaxing reception area where your guest(s) can wait during your wax session.  For safety reasons a child needing adult supervision cannot be left in the reception area to wait while a service is being performed.

Exceptions: 

Minor children receiving services are permitted and sometimes required to have a parent accompany them in the treatment room for the wax service. 

Young children may come in the room while a parent is waxed.  Due to safety reasons, children will need to remain sitting on the treatment room chair, car seat or stroller during the duration of the service.


When to arrive:
When you to arrive we will ask you to fill out or update a consultation/consent form.  We have a lounge area where you can enjoy a beverage or snack, relax or freshen up prior to your appointment.

If you arrive late, in order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we may need to reschedule your appointment so that there is enough time to complete the full service. We will try to fit you in but please be understanding and expect a reschedule without resentment, we will try to reschedule you as soon as possible.


Our cancelation/no show policy: 
Waxing times are scheduled just for you, and as a courtesy to our team as well as other customers who are in need of an appointment, please call as far in advance as possible. We require a 24 hour notice for all cancelations.

Cancelations can be made by emailing us at contact@barewaxx.com, by phone at 920-857-3013 or if you have set up an account with our 24 hour online scheduling at www.barewaxx.com you can access your appointments and cancel online.

Rescheduling can be made by using our 24 hour online booking service on our website (www.barewaxx.com), calling the studio at 920-857-3013, email: contact@barewaxx.com or using our contact page on this website.

For reoccurring no show and last minute cancelations, BareWAXX may require a credit card at time of booking and may charge for the missed appointment. If you do not show up, or if you cancel at the last minute, we are generally unable to fill this appointment.


Product returns/exchanges: 
All product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.  A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.


Service Guarantee:
Our goal at BareWAXX is to provide you with the best wax you will ever have!!!  We pride ourselves on no hair left behind motto...If we have missed any hair we give you 2 days to contact us for a touch up service free of charge. We can not predict who will or will not have a reactions to a waxing service or how fast your hair will grow, so barewaxx does not offer a service guarantee for skin reactions/hair growth.


Personal Property:
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, articles including clothing and/or accessories.
